With hsbmake you can get an inside on how your factory is running and where the limitations are in your workflow.  When a model/project is done in the office and ready for production, you can store it to hsbmake where you can create all the files for your production. Not just for the workstations but also for your sawing machines.  

The production can be planned from start till end, this will be monitored in hsbmake. If a project is running behind or goes faster than expected, hsbmake will give you that inside. It is also able to adjust the input of the sawing machines and adjust the factory to the situation.  When something is wrong in the drawing/views of a project, you can easily report that to the office with hsbmake. At the office they can adjust the drawing/views and send a new file.

hsbClientCNC is a complete package for your workstation and is compatiable with our hsbMake platform. Not only can you view all the files you need to make your product (like in hsbClient manual) but all the data will be stored on a server. Users will be added and are able to log in at a workstation. Jobs they have to do are already planned and placed in order of production. They can book a job in and hsbmake will register the starting time. Estimated times can be shown. While producing it’s also possible to make comments about your product and insert quality checks before you can book out a product. On Book Out, production time is registered and stored at the server. Results can be viewed from the office.

hsbClient manual is a great tool to get a start with your digital factory and is compatiable with our hsbMake platform. You can split your production steps into separate views which makes it easier for the employees to read the drawings. A 3D viewer is added so you can view the panel from all sides. You can measure within the views that are created. Advantages are that you don’t have any paper in the factory and always the latest model at your disposal.

hsbBOMlink (BOM) is a hybrid tool set providing both stock lists built by manufacturer and third party suppliers with capability to integrate with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. It is a tool set used for material requirements planning (MRP) analysis, costing and planned orders. It carries a unique selection ID (USID), stored in an inventory for materials selected in a project based on priority and usage assigned. Maintaining an inventory can provide a customisable selection of automatic factory selected components offset against site assembled components. Creation of simple single level BOM of raw materials or extensive multi-level BOM of grouped sub-assembly materials are all within reach.

hsbNesting is a standalone toolset to optimise child panel arrangement on one master panel for maximum utilisation of panels. Automatic detection of panel, groups, organises, and place panels on individual master panel. Configure nesting to allow for grouping based on panel parameters, defining separation between panels, controlling lead-ins and lead-outs. Graphically interpret, move, orientate, flip or rotate panels for common cuts and placement. Error detection of overlapping individual panels ensures production issues are avoided.

hsbCAM is a hybrid tool set to prepare a project for computer numerical control (CNC) production. Application of CNC related instructions, such as nail, milling and saw lines are all applied by the user within the design project or by plugins during the export of the design project. Modifying, adding, stretching and copying these lines are all possible to control in the design model. A graphical representation of the CNC data, built to the specific criteria of the manufacturing equipment are all customisable by the user. Preview all CNC data prior to sending data to the production line.
