Then please, read on! We’ve been looking for you! hsbcad is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to offer our customers in the Benelux and Scandinavia smooth technical customer services.
  • Skills & Experience

    • You have affinity with design or architecture

    • You have at least 2 years of experience in design with Revit®.  

    • You preferably have sufficient professional experience in the field of carpentry, timber construction, prefabricated house construction or timber construction industry

    • Excellent computer knowledge is a prerequisite for us

    • You have the ability to communicate in a structured way, you are well organized and you have a distinctive customer orientation

    • You think in terms of solutions instead of problems, and you’re not afraid to make decisions. In addition, you have a positive spirit, and people on your team would hate to see you go because of the team player you are!

    • Our customers will love you because you are friendly, communicative and punctual

    • You speak Dutch (fluent) and English (advanced), other languages are welcome

  • Responsibilities

    • You will act as the first point of contact for the customer with the aim of providing an efficient and customer-oriented technical service in order to maximize customer satisfaction

    • You will analyze incoming technical requests or problems, solving them yourself or dispatching them to an expert within the team with the aim of proposing the most appropriate solution as quickly and correctly as possible.

    Provide training to customers regarding the different toolsets (hsbDesign) with the aim of optimizing their production as quickly as possible  

    • You will guide customers in the smooth use of hsbcad products in the Benelux and Scandinavia

    • You will create and manage manuals on the digital hsbcad-Academy platform

    • You detect bugs or deficiencies in the hsbcad software and report them to the relevant product experts for testing and approval afterwards
