Responsible for implementing hsbMake software at different customers within the UK and Irish markets (and sporadically outside these markets).
  • Skills & Experience

    • You have obtained a Bachelor's degree in architecture, or you have the thinking level of a Bachelor's thanks to experience in a construction company
    • You have three years of work experience dealing with manufacturing processes
    • You have experience with MES (is a plus)
    • You have strong project management skills
    • You have a strong interest in software and wood construction
    • You can handle AutoCAD®/Revit® (is a plus)
    • You have knowledge of production plans (is a plus)
    • You like to learn many different and innovative products
    • You think in terms of solutions instead of problems
    • You dare to make decisions
    • You like working in a team, and you are easily accessible
    • You are customer-oriented (friendly, communicative, correct, and punctual)
    • You are willing to travel
  • Responsibilities

    • Act as a project manager throughout the whole implementation of the hsbMake software:

    • Analysis of the processes and needs of the customer
    • Discuss the outcome with the customer
    • Configure the system (based on the gathered data) and map the process
    • Implement the software on-site
    • Test the software on their system
    • Train the customer how to use it
    • Plan the ‘GO-LIVE’
    • Leading the dry run
    • Hand over the software to the customer

    • Analyzing incoming technical requests or problems, solving them yourself, or dispatching them to an expert within the team to propose the most appropriate solution as quickly and correctly as a possibility.

    • Detect bugs or deficiencies in the hsbcad software and report them to the relevant product experts for testing and approval afterward.

    • Creating and managing manuals on the digital hsbcad-academy platform (knowledge sharing).

    • Potential to guide the developers to improve the hsbMake-software with new features and updates.

    • Updating and maintaining professional knowledge and technical skills in the field of timber construction and internal hsbcad products to maximize own expertise and apply it optimally within the organization.
