· Qualify inbound leads: follow up on marketing qualified leads (MQLs) from HubSpot campaigns, webinars, trade shows and website enquiries within agreed response times.
· Outbound prospecting: research and contact timber construction companies in your target markets by phone, email and LinkedIn.
· Profile the market: use market data and industry trends to spot companies still working with generic CAD workflows that would benefit from hsbcad’s automated timber tooling, from new prospects to under-utilized accounts.
· Engage decision makers: start conversations with company owners, production managers, engineering leads and BIM managers, and stay confident when you hear objections.
· Book meetings: schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
· Own the HubSpot to Odoo handover: convert qualified leads into opportunities in Odoo with complete, accurate information so Sales can pick up seamlessly.
· Route SQLs to the right team: assign qualified SQLs to the correct local office or partner territory, based on customer location and existing account ownership, so the right regional team picks up the opportunity without delay.
· Keep data clean: maintain contact, company and deal data across HubSpot and Odoo, flag duplicates and sync issues, and help improve the lead lifecycle between both platforms.
· Close the feedback loop: report lead quality and conversion insights back to Marketing so campaigns keep improving.
· Work cross-functionally: team up with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success and Marketing so qualified leads are handed over seamlessly.
· Track your progress: keep your activity, pipeline and forecasting data up to date and measure yourself against weekly and monthly goals.
· Put AI to work: use AI tools to research accounts, sharpen your outreach and work smarter, and share what works so the whole commercial team benefits.
· Represent hsbcad: support trade shows and events across our active markets, with a focus on the Benelux, DACH and UK regions.
