  • Skills & Experience

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree

    • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the B2B software industry and/or construction and manufacturing industry

    • Possess a customer-centric approach, technically-savvy product skills, and business acumen, with experience in agile and scrum methodology

    • Exhibit strong persuasive skills to motivate colleagues and manage time and projects effectively

    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with structured and organized approach and customer orientation

    • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make decisions and hold a positive team player attitude

    • Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough market and industry analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.

    • Develop a product vision and strategy and translate it into a clear and robust product roadmap to define the objectives to be achieved.

    • Manage and prioritize the backlog to ensure the right priorities are set and monitor project progress.

    • Establish priorities for daily tasks and user stories to streamline processes and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and finalize user stories efficiently and with high quality.

    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, and maintain contact with the business to ensure customer interests are met in the best possible way.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain knowledge in the area of expertise to strengthen credibility and offer a service based on updated knowledge.
