  • Skills & Experience

    • You already possess an excellent track record of office management, administrative, or management assistant.

    • You wear multiple hats without any problem! You’re a real chameleon when multitasking, and you can switch focus easily. You know perfectly how to prioritize your work and possess excellent time management and planning skills.

    • You’re experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks.

    • You’re a seasoned office manager. In our agile environment, you thrive because you love to work independently with little or no supervision.

    • Visitors will remember you forever because of the warm and professional treatment you gave them. Your eye for details and your problem-solving skills will ensure that, as will your excellent communication skills.

    • Ideally, you have some knowledge of HR and accounting practices and procedures.  

    • It goes without saying that you are proficient in Microsoft Office, and you can handle other office management software packages.

    • An eternal need for growing describes you perfectly. So you make sure you remain updated on technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, joining professional associations, building networks with fellow professionals, and reviewing industry publications.

  • Responsibilities

    • You will be the go-to person for your colleagues from maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.

    • As an administrative wonder, you keep all administration under control. You flawlessly organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travels.

    • Thanks to you, there are always pens and notepads in abundance because you are responsible for ordering office materials and other supplies.

    • You are responsible for some accounting tasks (credit control, managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, timely invoice payment), processing some HR administration (updating office policies), and taking care of the insurance required for the employees and the business).

    • Can our procedures be better and more efficient? You like to think about that with us. You’ll overwhelm your colleagues with ideas on organizing office operations, processes, and filing systems. Maybe you’ll redesign the workflow regarding supply requisitions or our record-keeping.
