hsbcad offers flexible offsite construction software solutions to global companies specializing in timber construction. To support our rapid growth in this expanding market, we are looking for a Jr. Growth Marketeer to join our team at our head office in Ghent, Belgium.

  • Skills & Experience

    • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of Growth/Digital Marketing as an FTE or equivalent. 

    • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. 

    • You are a team player and enjoy working in a diverse team. 

    • Digital marketing is your passion. You’re hungry for results and make data-driven decisions. 

    • You’re highly creative, know how to identify target audiences, and can create digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. 

    • You take ownership and are proactive when collaborating on projects. 

    • You have first-hand experience in advertising, SEO, and social media management. 

    • You can think out of the box and contribute to the ideation phase. 

    • You work in a self-disciplined manner and get a lot of liberty and trust to organize yourself. 

    • Experience in UX/UI Design is a plus. 

    • Knowledge of design or copywriting is a plus. 

    • An eye for web designing (Webflow) is a plus. 

    • Fluent in English (Verbal and Written) is a must (any additional language such as Dutch, German or French is a plus). 

  • Responsibilities

    • Plan, prioritize, manage and experiment with different growth strategies to optimize our marketing and sales funnel. 

    • Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate quality leads. 

    • Setting up scalable ad campaigns in Meta (FB), Google, LinkedIn & YouTube. 

    • Use experimentation (A/B testing) to discover the best practices that will enable us to hit our growth targets.  

    • Measure and report on the performance of all our marketing and sales activities. This includes assessing and updating our marketing goals (ROI and KPIs). 

    • Automate the best-performing marketing campaigns for increased efficiency on key metrics like engagement rate, cost per lead, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.

    • Develop a strong understanding of our customers, competition, and industry.  

    • Work closely with our sales colleagues to generate new sales opportunities.  

    • You demonstrate an end-to-end impact on the business and the brand, and short decision lines allow us to work agile and adapt to new trends & tactics quickly. 

    • Tools that we use in-house:

          • Advertising managers (FB, LinkedIn, Google, ..) 

          • Data Analytics (Google suite) 

          • UX and A/B Testing tools (VWO, Hotjar, ..)  

          • Duxsoup or Phantombuster

          • Automation tools (Phantombuster, Zapier, ..)

          • CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce..) 

          • Web designing (Webflow)
