Growth Marketing Specialist

At hsbcad, we create innovative software solutions for offsite timber construction. As part of our marketing team, you will own growth across the entire customer lifecycle, from awareness and acquisition to activation, retention and expansion.

You will design, execute and optimize marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline growth, boost revenue and strengthen hsbcad’s presence in the global offsite timber construction market. Your work will be measurable, impactful and visible across all stages of the funnel.


LOCATION: Based in Belgium and legally authorized to work in Belgium.

  • Skills & Experience

    • 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing
    • Master or Bachelor degree in Marketing, or an equivalent study with specializations in the field of marketing.
    • Strong understanding of growth and funnel optimization, including lead generation, conversion, and retention performance
    • Experience with structured experimentation such as A/B testing and data-driven optimization
    • Proficiency in paid media platforms: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels
    • Hands-on experience with website and conversion optimization, including UX, landing pages, and Webflow
    • Skilled in design and creative tools, e.g., Figma and Adobe Illustrator, to develop high-performing campaign visuals
    • Knowledge of marketing automation and outreach, including email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and nurture flows
    • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
    • Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
    • Fluent in English. Any additional language, such as Dutch, German or French is a plus.
  • Responsibilities

    Growth & Funnel Optimization

    • Plan, prioritize, and experiment with growth strategies across the full marketing and sales funnel
    • Continuously optimize lead generation, conversion, and retention performance
    • Translate data into actionable insights and measurable improvements
    • Identify recurring performance patterns and scale what works

    Paid Media and Campaign Execution

    • Build, manage, and scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms
    • Own campaign setup, targeting, creative direction, testing, and optimization
    • Drive measurable improvements in CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
    • Continuously optimize budget allocation based on performance data

    Website and Conversion Optimization

    • Manage and optimize the hsbcad website in Webflow
    • Improve UX, landing pages, and conversion flows
    • Collaborate on messaging and positioning to strengthen our digital presence
    • Ensure the website supports performance marketing and inbound strategies
    • Monitor engagement metrics such as bounce rate, conversion rate, and session quality

    Design and Creative

    • Create and refine visual assets using Figma and/or Adobe Illustrator
    • Develop high-performing ad creatives, landing visuals, and campaign materials
    • Ensure visual consistency aligned with hsbcad’s brand identity
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital user experience

    Marketing Automation and Outreach

    • Implement and optimize email marketing and LinkedIn outreach strategies
    • Automate best performing campaigns for improved efficiency and scalability
    • Monitor engagement, lifecycle metrics, and nurture flows
    • Support alignment between marketing activities and sales pipeline quality

    Performance and Reporting

    • Measure and report on ROI across all marketing activities
    • Distill complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align growth initiatives with pipeline quality and product positioning
    • Demonstrate end-to-end business impact of growth initiatives
